About Us

Move was opened in Dungannon of August 2024, I wanted to provide a place were people felt comfortable to workout in a non-judgemental inclusive space and to share my love of Pilates.

At Move reformer studio, every session is guided by the six foundational Pilates principles: centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow.​
We believe these principles are essential for creating lasting strength, balance, and body awareness. Our instructors are trained to weave these elements into each class, ensuring that clients not only build physical fitness, but also develop mindful movement patterns that support their everyday lives.
